WHAT DATA IS NEEDED TO SET UP AN ACCOUNT?
WHY ARE ALL CONSENTS REQUIRED TO BECOME A MEMBER OF MEDICLUB?
Members of MediClub use an electronic service of keeping a MediClub account based on the Terms and Conditions of the program, therefore consents are required. In addition, thanks to all agreements, we have the opportunity to communicate to MediClub members exclusive offers, news, changes and medical content prepared by our specialists.
I’M HAVING TROUBLE LOGGING INTO MY MEDICLUB ACCOUNT. WHAT SHOULD I DO?
Sometimes the browser temporarily crashes – try to refresh the login page and enter the password and login again.
Make sure caps lock is off (passwords are case sensitive).
Make sure that you check the box “I am not a robot” and select the appropriate graphic fields – according to the question (eg “check cars” – select all the pictures that show the car).
If you do not remember your password or the “Invalid username or password” appears several times, you can use the option to set a new password by clicking on the link “Forgot your password?”. You will receive a message to set a new password to the e-mail address provided during registration. Follow the instructions provided.
CAN I CHANGE THE E-MAIL ADDRESS?
No, because the e-mail address provided has been set as your account ID.
WHAT SHOULD I DO WHEN I FORGET MY PASSWORD?

HOW CAN I CANCEL MY MEDICLUB MEMBERSHIP?
In order to delete a MediClub account, please call 500 900 987 or send a message to an e-mail firstname.lastname@example.org
The order to delete an account is accepted for execution after confirming that the person making the request is the holder of this account. Removal of the account takes place immediately and means termination of the contract with Medicover by the customer for the provision of electronic services, the subject of which is keeping a MediClub account.
